PROPS to ESP for customer service!

    Just wanted to share this. I bought a brand new EC-401FR from MF, when I got it, it had a left handed trem arm. So I called MF, they wanted me to send the entire guitar back...no no no...They suggested contacting ESP. I emailed them, 2 days later, I had the correct trem arm in my mail box!!! That's awesome customer service! Thanks ESP! -johnny

      I like the guitar just fine. I have 2 ESP eclipses, and although I prefer the ESPs, this guitar is awesome in it's own way.
      I'll get some photos up soon.
      The finish seems to be flawless, the fret ends are smooth, but not done as well as ESP. I think it's good quality.
