Got hooked around hatecrewdeathroll era and couldnt get enough and started playing guitar shortly thereafter. Just wanted to stop by and say thanks to Alexi for all those fantastic works and send love to all those mourning the death of the Wildchild.

My friend showed me COB back in like 7th grade

something like 2010-2011. He showed me Are You Dead Yet? And I just dove right into their music. Lake Bodom and Hellhounds On My Trail will always be my top songs. Alexi was so dope, I remember when his EMGtv Videos came out and watching the In Your Face play through. I was only playing for about a year when I first heard them so seeing his wammy bar stuff I immediately wanted a Floyd Rose.
Thank you Alexi for all the shredding and inspiration. Without you I would not have found out so many guitar tricks as early on.

I follow COB and Alexi since Something Wild. A unique performer and composer.I had  the honor to be at all the Oporto gigs and I met alexi once after a show. It was a short conversation but I will save that moment forever. In my teenager years I was listening and trying to play a few songs damnnnn they are HARD and those Riffs and Solos are really something !!!  .. surely your name will 4ever be mentioned to anyone who wants to learn how to play metal guitar! RIP ALEXI - a true legend!
