    How long does a song need to be? If you're as tight-as-hell band like Rancid, you can say everything you need to say -- and include a Lars Frederiksen guitar solo -- in under a minute and a half. Here's the legendary punk band on Conan, doing "Ghost of a Chance" from their new album Trouble Maker, released in June.
