As much as you want the guitar, I wouldn't risk it, especially if you have a history of issues before, but it's your call. It took me a looooong time to find all 4 of the SRC 6's I have, but with some time, research, and a......MORE »

Looks pretty good. $1924US is kinda steep for that guitar. I wouldn't pay more than $1250-$1400US for it, so try and negotiate a deal if you can. Not to sure about avoiding import tax or how much it would be. ......MORE »

Both guitars sound great. I ended up putting a pair of Lundgren M Series pickups in both the SRC 6 and 7, and kept the stock single coil's in the neck. World of differance. Major clarity and definition in sound, especially on......MORE »

When I got my green SRC used a few years back, it came with a standard Gotoh bridge as I believe the original owner may have kept the locking Tonepros bridge. For my black SRC, I experimented and switched out the Tonepros......MORE »

I could never mod/alter a signature guitar.    I hear you about not modding/altering a sig guitar. It's all personal preference. I ended up swapping out the pickups, pots, bridge, and some hardware on both my......MORE »

I have a black SRC 6 and the binding around the whole body is gorgeous, the real deal. I have no experience with sanding/refinishing and would be weary of trying to do so especially because of the binding, but pretty sure a......MORE »

I tried to convince myself for weeks but I can't justify an $8000 guitar regardless of how much money I have in the bank. I expected it to be round $5000 considering how standard and barebones my order is. I'm looking into......MORE »

I switched out the stock EMG 81's in my T-7 with an Abraxas set from Bare Knuckle. The guitar sounds way better with these in it. A lot more clear and defined, the lows don't get muddy at all, and the guitar sounds louder and......MORE »
