From the neck stamps I think its a Fender japan body.
The string tree is the wrong type and in the wrong place. for an esp. The logo is not the correct ESP logo for the lawsuit headstock.

Buy it, they are great guitars, I have an ESP eclipse standard and I like my ltd 256 almost as much
sounded good to begin with, I put a seymour duncans in mine and now it sounds even better.

It's an ltd - it say's so on the headstock and on the neck
this should date to between 1996-1998, it's an LTD EC-200.
It could be Japanese, but it's more likely to be korean made.
