Hello. I have a question for ESP Tech Support or Pus or anyone who might be knowledgeable. This is regarding my custom order KH-4 which has an EMG 89 at the neck and an 81 at the bridge. Originally the guitar had a push......MORE »

ESP Admin replied to the forum post Question about LTD EC1000T CTM DMZ

I believe I've read that this guitar is full-thickness, but my question is the guitar weight-relieved? I'm hoping that it's not as I don't like weight relieved guitars. I have a non-weight relieved EC1000T from 2010 and......MORE »

Pushead replied to the forum post Tips on my sucky sweep picking?

Video looks pretty good for what it is.I'm not exactly a sweep guy, but I can do it when called for.  Consider keeping your pick at more of an angle (so the pick doesn't strike the string while it's parallel) which will......MORE »

Hello. I'm wondering if I can get a valid answer here. How low can the string action go on this particular bass? I keep reading reviews where people praise it's low string height, but how low is low? I require my action......MORE »

My ESP MX is heavier than my ESP EXP and the neck feels a bit thicker, but not in an uncomfortable way or anything. The other thing I noticed is that the EXP has one vol and one tone knob while the MX for some reason has 2......MORE »

Yeah, good point.  The neck (especially at the nut) of my MX-II is wider than the LTD was.  I think that's what makes it feel thicker.I don't recall how the LTD was wired when I got it, but when I put the EMGs in......MORE »

I'd swap the "in" and "out" on both pots (where the pickup and the line to the switch connect) and see where that gets you.  I don't have much experience with the solderless system.  I'm not really a fan, I prefer......MORE »
