I got an EC-10 about a decade ago and still love it more than guitars that cost 10 times as much but I recently purchased another one as a back up and it is much heavier and the neck is different.  It isn't nearly as smooth to play and the action doesn't compare to the old model.  What happened? It's definitely not the same guitar.

I've had the guitar for two years and absolutely love it. The neck feels great in your hand, the color keeps a nice matte finish even after wear and tear. You can tell that despite the extremely affordable price that there is high-quality craftsmanship at play. I love this guitar, it's my first ever electric and has carried me from beginner to experienced.

Probably the best starter guitar available.  Very smooth 24 fret neck, nice black finish. The esp designed pickups sound very nice in a mix. Overall ltd makes the best budget friendly guitars.

After years of playing super entry level £50 Argos quality guitars I snagged one of these reduced to clear for £120 online in the older natural-black sunburst style (2014 I believe) and it was like I'd progessed massively overnight due to the playability of this guitar. It's light but solid and doesn't feel cheap, finish is immaculate and you genuinely can't fault its tone for the price. Body 'sings' nicely, tuners aren't fiddly and it holds tuning just fine. The ONLY issue I had with the guitar was (when brand new) the pickup selector didn't like to always work with the neck PU but after a bit of a fiddle/breaking it in it works fine now. Didn't even have to inspect the soldering. Probably (IMO) one of the best sub £200 Les Paul style guitars on the market. Will probably get an EC-256 in future purely because of how much I love this cheap but extremely cheerful little thing!
