Coach Kim Ki-dong, who was recognized for his leadership by leading the team to the top rankings for two consecutive years in the 2019 and 2020 seasons and winning the 2020 K-League 'Coach of the Year Award', finished second in the 2021 Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Champions League (ACL) and won the FA Cup this season.
