The ESP Guitar Company

Hey guys! I'm an intermediate guitar player and I want to get a new guitar now. I went to a music shop and played the ec-256. It was lovely for the price and I was almost about to take it. However, on the back of the guitar on the plate covering the wiring compartment, its written that the guitar contains toxic substances like titanium and some other chemical I don't remember, whose fumes are known to cause cancer and birth defects in the state of California. Should I worry about this and leave the guitar? The guitar itself seems lovely. Really playable and sounds pretty good. Thank you!
