The ESP Guitar Company

Alright, so my lovely parents decided to get me my dream "cheap" guitar, It's not a $5000 custom shop guitar, but it's a Kirk Hammet signature, the KH-202. And they ordered it at the beginning of december. The guy on the phone told me that it was backordered till the first of January. January 6th comes, I call up again, I wont be receiving it till the 15th. It's now the 19th and I'm being told that I have to wait another 2 weeks. What the hell is taking so long??
