Frets type - References

Hi ESP,

I would like to know what you call "XJ frets" (I understand it as Extra Jumbo) And I would like to know what exact frets I've got on my ESP KH-2 Vintage from 2005, I attached picture the Jim Dunlop "Accu-fret" grid and my KH-2 Fretboard

Thanks a lot,

I believe ESP uses Jescar frets, and I believe that the XJ they use is either the FW51100 or FW57110.

I'm sure that frets are different from a model to an other, and over the years ... my Truckster has XJ, which are different from my 1998 Ouija ... and different from any M-II I have

The most comparable fret wire will be the Dunlop 6100 set, as we use a Nickel Silver metal with a crown measurement of 2.8mm x 1.4mm.
