    ESP Phoenix II Production and headstock logo questions

    I've been looking at an ESP Phoenix II model at a local guitar shop. I know for a fact that they've had this guitar for at least 5 years, so I'm wondering if anyone know how long these models were produced.  It's also got the big ESP logo. They originally wanted 2 300 $, but took it down to 1 300. I have not had the opportunity to check the serial number yet. Any help is greatly appreciated!
