From the factory this bass will be strung with a set of Daddario .45-.105 gauge strings, but they provide us with a set that we special order in bulk and it is not offered over the counter. If you would like replacement suggestions for the strings just let us know. The tuning will be standard, E/A/D/G. The nut will only accept the string gauges: .045, .065, .085, .105; if any gauge changes are desired the nut will need to be adjusted. The string spacing at the bridge is 19mm.
