Nut esp e-ll horizon

    Hello, I hope you can help me.

I was adjusting (turning counterclockwise) the truss rod of my e-ll and I feel that the nut stops exerting force, I checked and noticed that the nut was held by a few threads...
I need to loosen the neck a little more since it is still very straight.

Does anyone know if this is normal? Does this guitar have a double action truss rod and does this work differently? I read them thank you very much
