The ESP Guitar Company

Has anyone tried to import an Edwards on other non-US ESP into the states recently?  I'd like to get one of the Edwards Explorers in the future, but I'm concerned that it will get confiscated at customs because of the rosewood fretboard, and I don't want to risk losing that much money.  I probably won't end up getting one for a while, but I'm curious.
