    8-inch Miyabi 5000 MCD Gyutoh with birch handle.  Fantastic balance and edge compared to my Shun Classic. @ two hundy shipped from some amazon donkey.  I need to get some new whetstones as I have grown tired of my Lansky system.  Anbody have experience with the DMT stuff?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Sorry for the crappy pics.
