Ampeg 8x10 problem

    I know, I can't believe those words came out of my mouth either. I run a carvin RL 1000 to my Ampeg 8x10, and every few hits my head peaks out. Anyone have any ideas? I'm also playing an 5 string viper with active EMGs if that helps.
