6505+ vs. triple xxx

    ok so i think i have narrowed down the amps tht i might bye i want to know what you guys think of the peavey 6505+ and the triple x peavey give me the pros and cons . thanks for your time sarg

    Two different beasts, the XXX is way more Recto-like voiced. That being said I tried the XXX and I fucking loved the thing. Not that much of a 6505 fan.

        My buddy has a xxx and it is the worst sounding head that I have ever heard. No matter how it is eq'd it sounds like there is a board in front of the speaker cabs.
