Repairing paint damage to satin guitar

Hi.

Sadly my kids knocked my guitar onto a tile floor today and it's been damaged. It's a satin finish so I assume that's tougher to fix. It's an ltd snakbyte. Anyone got any advice? Ah man I'm disgusted.

Thanks,

Tell the kid that it's ok, it's just a guitar, but they should be more careful in the future.

My experience is that it will never look seamless unless you have it refinished. With gloss guitars, I've used a nail polish that is close in color to cover a spot where the wood shows through (Mrs. Head has a large collection of nail polish.) With satin guitars, I've seen people use a Sharpie marker to help take your eye off it.

Or, just rock it with the scratches and chips. That's what James would do.
