Bent pickup

    Bent pickup

    Bent Pickup on my256 snow white. Didn't realize until i got it home. Stupid COVID. Just bought it used. Hard to fix myself or should i take it to a luthier?

          Sorry first time on forums... big pic for hopefully a small problem. I don't mind opening it up... it doesn't scare me... just kind of want to know what i should do when its open ... if it needs to be manipulated.

            Check to see if the screws will still adjust the height. If they do, don't worry about it. The next time you put on strings, pull the pickup out (remove the ring and pull it out as one piece) and put a small piece of foam in the cavity, toward the bridge, to help prop the back of the pickup up and make it more level with the strings.
