The ESP Guitar Company

Hey, long time lurker first time post here. Made a throwaway for this subreddit. Need some help please. I'm going for tech supervisor and need some input from people that do well at selling ssquaretrade. There's an associate here who works less and does about 3x the amount of ESP sales per week than I do.

Anyone have some advice on how to fix this? As in, how to offer it - what to say, etc?? Any input would be great as in what to say, how to approach, etc.
