LTD V-300 - string ferrules crooked

One moth ago I bought brand new LTD V-300. Everything was OK, but few days ago I changed stock strings to Ernie Ball 2221 10-46, and tune as previously to standard E. After that I saw that two of top string ferrules are loose/crooked. It's normal or should I send guitar to RMA?

It has to do with the string tension on those strings. You should be able to push them back in the next time you change strings. Nothing really to worry about.

I know, but 10-46 strings in standard E shouldn't produce big load. I loosened the low E and A strings completely and push this ferrules back, but when i tune guitar back, ferrules are crooked again..
