    The pictures:

    The bolt on ESP prelawsuit explorer guitars are always cheaper, than the neck through ESP explorers? I found this for 800, and I saw that the neck through goes from 1500 euro.

      I see 800 eur is about 900usd. If you can get it for that I would say buy it and buy it now!! Yes, it would be better than LTD version, already has EMG (LTD doesnt unless someone changed them) in it, and real Gotoh hardware instead of the korean hardware. Probably higher quality woods also. Looks legit to me by the pics you provided. I would say jump on it!
