Hi guys Hi guys, new to the site...some great reading to be done here (lots of catching up to do and guitar porn to feast my eye's upon;)). But for now, I need your help if you can. I've two old Kamikaze's from 87 and 88, and a early 1990 Haji (Skulls/Snakes) model. My Kami I's locking nut (Floyd Rose made) is worn and the threads in the screws starting to wear. I need to get a replacement asap. I know the neck dimensions are very wide, as you Kami/Lynch players know..1-3/4 at the nut, neck width 45mm / nut width 43mm etc, but are not sure what nut I need to get a like-for-like replacement. The Floyd sites talks about R2, R3, R4 etc etc! So, just wondering if any of you techno cats or ESP staff out there can tell me....What size Locking Nut (R?) to need to get? I'll get some piccies up asap (in the sig series threads). Thanks guys

Guys...thanks for all the replies. Much appreciated.
I have not yet taken the locking nut off. Had hoped that maybe someone knew for sure, but I will more than likely take it off and take a peak. Again, appreciate the answers/suggestions from those able to.

Pics, the will come this week.

I have a 1987 Kami I and 1988 Kami II , both are non-recess models and of course..pre-serial no.s / CS logo's etc. These hark back to the days when either a shop and/or customer had to FAX (remember them?) through a order/spec sheet and get a quote on price and delivery. Having seen "recent" builds, the old one's just seem to be more unique and hand finished (if that makes any sense) in look. They play like a dream and the tone (especially) the neck pup has that Beast From The East "bell like tone".

The other one I have is a very early (from the very first batch), 1990 Haji/Skull and Snakes/Wicked Sensation model. Bridge pup has the pup ring, off-set dot's and the "strat" HS. Again, no serials or other logo's and it was won by the first/previous owner in a ESP competition in early 1990! This was when LYNCH MOB were on tour QUEENSRYCHE. I have not seen the advert, but apparently there was a picture of GL holding the guitar to be presented. The winner/previous owner only played it at home and its for most of its life been stored it away. What is great about it is that it has barely a mark o it, some light picking scuff that will buff out..no finish cracking at all. Probably one of the best condition examples of a 1990 model around.

I'll do best with pics asap..and will post them in the SIGNATURE SECTION.

Thanks guys...
