TOM problem

    Hey everyone I just got a new Horizon NTII and i had noticed that the strings on the back of the bridge are contacting the bridge as they come throuth the body and over the saddles. i have done a setup on it and the bridge hight is set fine i cant go any lower otherwise the strings buzz like crazy. have any of you guys who own horizions with tom bridges and string through body noticed this and is it normal for a string through body guitar.:confused: any help would be great. PS still the best guitar I have ever owned and I have owned alot of guitars.
