Is there anyway to get scratches out?
Is there any product that would get scratches out of a guitar like wax does for a car? I don't think a car wax would take to kindly to the finish on a guitar...

Sandpaper? 8o

No. Not sandpaper.. foob.

Guess again.

First question should be 'how deep are the scratches'.. and then move forward from there.

No big deal. I thought it was funny myself.. But I also figured that a poke in the right direction of questioning may urge other more knowledgeable folks to help out.

Light scratches nothing deep at all. Just like buckle scratches on the back.

Buffer. or get a new clear coat.

Metlupass2

yeah a buffer with what?

Pushead

Same as you'd do for an automotive finish, unless it's nitro.

Just google 'Lacquer Buffing'. You'll find everything you need to know.
