ESP Stratovarius Timo Tolkki’s signature
It seems to be impossible to find a original ESP Stratovarius so is there any similar M-II model from stock line-up?
I believe these to be specs of “Stratovarius”:
Bolt-on, 24 frets, alder body, rosewood fretboard, big dot inlays, one volume (no tone), 3-way toggle, 2x EMG humbuckers, original Floyd rose bridge, binding on fretboard and headstock (not in body), sculpted neck joint like in Jeff Hannemans signature, reverse headstock.
It’s know that Timo Tolkki said he’s ESP signatures were almost stock M-II with only mild modifications and custom paint job, but I haven’t found any model to be close enough. ESP M-II CTM might be the closest one.

There was never a signature model. These M-II he had (a red one, a purple with the Episode hourglass, one with the visions cover and a black with the Fleur-de-lis symbol) were all his own personal guitars. Basically stock standard series M-IIs with some graphic on it, nothing special.
