Any OLD school ESP dudes help me I.D. this BASS?

Just got an old ESP Jazz bass and it is AMAZING.  Badass II bridge, Solid Schaller Tuners, bartolini pickups (meh)  Just a great playing piece.  The stamped headstock makes me thing it may be 48th Street.  Any insight?

I would post pictures but evidently I'm not approved.

I personally need a pic to go by, but you might be able to ID it if you check out the Japanese ESP site.

Most I can get from it is that its an ESP Amaze bass (I can't post links).

Its too old to be an Amaze.  If they replacement parts business in the 80's at the 48th street shop had direct replacement parts for Fenders, there were only a few years where the jazz bass pickguard was all plastic and contained the controls on the guard instead of a metal plate.  the stamp on the headstock seems to indicate 80s too... was just hoping to trace it a little better. It plays like a dream and sounds fantastic.
