The ESP Guitar Company

Hey guys, noob here. I'm thinking about ordering a custom and I was wondering what nut size and neck contour to order. I know that my favorite neck was the one on a 90's ESP M3 Deluxe. HSH confg. I have no idea what the nut size was on these or the neck shape but I know they were all pretty standard back then and it was the best feeling neck I have ever played. I definitely know the KH-2 neck is not wide enough for me (43mm nut I think?) and too flat. (Extra thin flat, right?) Does anyone know what the neck shape and nut size was on those 90's ESP M3's ? Thanks. I appreciate any info you guys have. ;)
