Serial number on old Kirk Hammett M2

    Serial number on old Kirk Hammett M2

    Hi

    Back in the 90s I bought the first M2 that came in my city, Its made in japan, I cant figure out the year of the serial number, I checked all usual websites but didnt find any info cause they only talk about 7 or more digits, can you help me?

    the bolt plate is 18252 so its from 1994 but its not the actual year of the guitar

    -- serial number: XXXXX (5 digits) punched on the bolt plate in the neck. (The date of manufacture is write on pencil on the body of the guitar where is joined to the neck...you have to unscrew the neck).
