I have ESP KH-3 for sale, it's a bolt on model. I guess it was made in 2004, COA is missing, it has a brand new Les Paul style case. It's in the natural light relic condition and it plays and sounds awesome. This guitar is located in Canada.

I've listed it on Reverb. Unfortunately, I can't add the links in this post, but it's an only KH-3 there. A description section has a link to the high-resolution pictures of this guitar as well.
