Edwards E-FV (Flying V) neck profile?

    Edwards E-FV (Flying V) neck profile?

    I'm am considering importing one of these from Japan. Just wondering though, is the neck profile similar the "thin-U" shape that comes on most LTD guitars?

    If it's anything like my MIJ Epi flying V it'll have a 40mm nut and feel very different anyway.

      Interesting you mention the 40mm nut, because I tend to find narrow necks more comfortable and it's one of the reasons I'm interested in the Edwards. However, I generally keep my thumb against the back of the neck when I play which is why I prefer U or D shape necks and avoid C shapes. The thin U found on most LTDs is great, so anything in that ballpark will be fine for me.
