Guitar bought without whammy bar, how can I add one?

    Beginner here, I recently bought a second hand LTD KH202. The guitar came without a whammy bar, presumably lost by the previous owner.

     

    What is the procedure to add one?

    Hi, if all you need is the bar, any Floyd Rose compatible bar should work.  They can be found on Amazon for less than $10 USD.  https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=replacement+bar+for+floyd+rose

     

    If you aren't sure, it would be helpful to post pictures of the bridge so we can make sure you don't need anything else.

        Once I have the bar, is it as simple as just inserting it? Or is there a required spring?

          No spring on Floyd Rose bars.  Just insert it and screw the retainer housing in.
