hey guys,

so so I just picked up a white xtone pd1 series and I am really interested in refinishing with a natural/stained finish.  I have a pretty good idea of what I'm doing, although I am not an expert in the field.  

Anyway, my main concern is - what will the wood look like underneath the white?  There isn't a whole lot of information on this series and from what I believe any of the models floating around out there are prototypes so the wood may not be all that pretty.. 

So, do you think it's worth trying as far as achieving g a nice natural look, kind of like the KOA series?  Anyone know anything about the pd1 series?!
