    HELP what did I happen on to?

    First post!!! hopefully one of many

    Bought this today from an estate sale from the family of the original owner her husband said she bought it new a few years ago, I cannot find a serial number or model number any where on it can someone inform a noob on what he has, hopefully model number and specs or perhaps a link to the product page any help would be appreciated

    It looks to be an M-250. Made in the early 2000s.

        Possibly a early 98 or 97 due to the dots on the neck, that is the only year I can find that has the dots instead of the triangles

          If the s/n is stamped in the fretboard below 24th, it is 98 or earlier. 99 went to a s/n on th back of the headstock. You say you can't find one at all??

            None at all fretboard is clean 24th fret has nothing on it and has not been sanded.  headstock just says ltd nothing on the back, also removed the neck to check there, clean also,

            so everything i've come up with has been a guess. as far as date of manufacture or origin.
