Bridge PickUp Suggestions for LTD M-103FM

I have a LTD M-103FM guitar. Really like how it plays and feels. I was surprised at how bright it could be though, almost like I was playing a Strat or Tele. The tone is somewhat brittle and has alot of "spank" to it. I realize that's probably because of the maple neck and fingerboard. I rolled off some of the highs with the tone knob, that seemed to help, and adjusted my amp settings and guitar effects procesor.

Anyway, I'm looking for some suggestions for a bridge pickup that would warm up the tone, reduce/eliminate the spank and squeal and work well with a maple fretboard and neck. I've been looking at the Seymour Duncan Invader as it looks to be a pickup with less treble. A little hotter pickup might be good as well. I think the stock ESP designed LH-150B is a bit weak. I play mainly rock/classic rock (Van Halen, Scorpions, UFO, Boston)

Thanks in advance for your suggestions and replies!
