My Warrant Question

    I bought an LTD EC-10 for my birthday some time in February. Since then i have noticed that my Neck Pickup has gotten... quite. So i got it checked out by a guitar technician. He used an Ohm meter to check the bridge pickup. The Bridge pup read out at 14.84k Ohm. The neck Pickup read out to 0.. So he diagnosed the issue as a bad pickup. I believe that this is covered by the LTD Warranty since there is no user error involved. I am hoping that the company will be able to send me a new Neck pickup rather than having me send my baby to Holywood.

    If anyone has had an experience like this, please let me know how it was resolved. Thnx.
