Hi All. I have a nice EC-1000 Deluxe that sounds and plays beautifully, however I have an issue with the bridge and saddles. Whenever i'm gigging I seem to hit the lowest string out of it's saddle quite a lot. I play very heavy music and I hit the strings very hard so I realise that's why it's happening, I'm just enquiring to see if anyone knows how to prevent it from happening, without me having to play less aggressively. I use a 70 gauge tuned to drop G sharp, and sometimes we tune up to B and even C sharp, and it still hapend it that tuning. Cheers!
