solution for strings and screws rusting

My guitar is ESP LTD-EX 50.strings and few screw around pckups are rusting.factory string set was rusting fastly.but i replaced XL string set and it is okay unless little bit rusted.If there is a good solution for this i'll be appreciate your help.

Wipe your guitar down after you get done playing. Hand sweat will corrode your strings and other metals quickly. Being that its basically salt water (w/o being overly technical). Along with that you can try a string product and that can help along with a good wipe down. However just the wipe down should go a long way to solving your problem. Hope this helped man.

Yeah..I think that is the only solution.I so tired of this problem.First of all i have to stop sweating.Any way thanks for your reply.

You could try to switch to a coated string.  I swear by Elixir strings.

As far as hardware goes, I've considered putting a black oxide coating on the hardware on my guitars, or even a psuedo chrome coatings.  Eastwood has some neat kits for car parts that I think would work fine on non-chrome hardware.
