I think that it may be somewhat common. I don't know haven't had enough of them to say for sure. I do know that there was a post somewhere where someon pointed out the differences between two ec's like the placement of the pickups in relevance to the cutaway and i want to say it had showed how much differnece there was between wher the control knobs were placed as well how far in the body the neck was placed.

yeah i just saw that other post after i made this one. i figured it was because they came from diffrent factories? or maybe they other diffrent years types? i dont know

The black one is from 2004.

word, maybe i will sell it and save up for a newer model i like the lighter, thinner feel better.
