Viper 400 + Pickguard??

Updated
5150-Viper
does anyone know if the pickguard from a gibson sg 61 reissue fit a viper 400.. The gibson has the smaller pickguard on the 61 and has it cut out for pickup rings aswell. basically are the dimensions the same on the guitars. any input would be cool.. thanks

i'm not the pickguard kind of guy, but that guitar looks sweet.

still: no plastic > any plastic.

on tho original question:
if the SG has 22 frets, the pickups are most likely further apart from eachother then on the viper (with 24 frets), so the answer whould be no.

LOL

Also the body shape is different, the cut outs are in different places. It'd look very weird.

pick guards are like condoms... its safer with them but SO MUCH BETTER without them.

I usually agree. But that Viper above is muthafuckin boner inducing.

Pickguards FTW. Look better, sound better, etc.

Pickguards are the devil. I wouldn't even have one on my strat if I could avoid it. Still... to each his own
