Hardshell for AX-404 Bass

    I just purchased my AX-404 online and it is a bit larger than I thought. It won't fit in any of my cases. Can anyone tell me where I can find a case to fit it? ESP has an AX case for the guitar, but I can't find one for the bass. THANKS

    Or do what I did. Buy a case online, take the inside out and custom fit it to your bass. I saved over 60 bucks doing that buying a case from EBAY.

      have you tried just a standard skb universal case? i didnt think my viper 305 would fit but it does perfectly. and it would never hurt to take it to guitar center and try.

        I did get hold of a store in Denver that has the AX bass case on order. I got luck and all but one were prepurchased. So I now have a case on the way.

        The Coffin is to narrow and the SKB is to short. I tried to find a case on EBAY but there were none large enough.

        The AX-404 is an awsome base with one problem, make sure you can find a case before you order your bass.
