hey guys, i have the m100fm and i've been using it with the floyd rose blocked for about 4 months. the reason i blocked it is whenever i would use the tremolo, the return wasn't back to zero. sometimes it would come back a little flat, or sharp and i would nudge it with my picking hand to get it in tune. my F250 doesn't do this and they are like the same floyd rose, so is there a possibility that the knife-edges are crap?

i found the same problem a while back. here what i do.
when putting the guitar in tune, DONT lock the nut yet. whammy it, check tuning, retune if needed. you might have to do it a few times. once it stays pretty well close to in-tune whammying with the nut unlocked, lock it, and fine tune it... your whammy bar should work fine, even if its floating (which mine is)
