ESP Horizon FR-II pickup swap

    So, I have 2008 Horizon with EMG 81/85 set and I would like to swap it for 57/66 set. Now my question is are stock EMG's (81/85 that came with guitar) solderless and would I have to swap all the electronics if they are not? Thanks in advance.

    Even if the electronics aren't, by 2008 EMG had quick swap connectors on the pickup.  I don't have any experience with the 57/66, but I think they're just the same 3 wire connection as the 81/85.  Shouldn't need to replace the electronics.
