The ESP Guitar Company

I own 3 LTDs at the moment, EC 500 (E), KH 602 (Drop D) and RZK 600 (Drop C). I am really attracted to the ESP Eclipse CTM. Problem is that I would cost me almost twice more than a USA Eclipse II. I'm thinking of selling my KH 602 and my EC 500 if I get a CTM or USA Eclipse. This is where I need your opinion: Is it worth it to make the move to ESP in exchange of 2 guitars (knowing the Eclipse would be used for standard and drop D) and if it is, is it worth it to get the CTM over the USA model?
