Twenty years ago ESP’s 400 Series instruments were introduced as the first ESP models sold in the USA. Today they are highly sought after and are widely considered the best “vintage reproduction” instruments ever offered.

In 2007 ESP will issue a limited run of these Vintage Plus basses in black and three-tone sunburst. Each instrument is “distressed” at our factory to show years of natural wear and tear, with the look and feel of a vintage instrument, and modern refinements that improve it’s playability and feel.
