When you hear something over and over, it can be easy to become numb to it. Take, for example, the fight against breast cancer. You may be under the impression that, with all the advancements in medical technology, there's no need to keep calling so much attention to it. While fighting breast cancer has indeed come a long way, here's a sobering statistic to keep in mind: about one out of eight women will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of her lifetime.  In 2017 alone, over a quarter-million new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in women in the USA.

For our mothers, daughters, wives, girlfriends, sisters, and friends -- not to mention a whole lot of great female guitar and bass players -- ESP is glad to lend our support to organizer Top Rock Entertainment for their 6th Annual Breast Cancer Fundraiser, being held Saturday June 24 at the Starting Gate in Los Alamitos, CA. The event will raise funds for Breast Cancer Solutions, a non-profit organization that provides breast cancer patients with direct assistance, community referrals and compassionate support. The event will include food, vendors, games, trivia, raffles, and live music. Sounds like a good time for a great cause! Get all the details here.
