Deftones, the much-beloved alt-metal band featuring iconic ESP player Stephen Carpenter, is getting ready to get back out on the road with a tour that takes them through Europe in April/May, then across the USA in June/July.

If you’re planning on going to see Deftones, make note of Stef’s selection of ESP guitars that will include a number of his Signature Series models as his well-known ESP Custom Shop instruments. Stef has been an ESP player for almost 20 years, and he’s acclaimed for using his 7- and 8-string guitars to create lush, dissonant sonic landscapes for the band he helped found in 1988.

The ESP STEF-T7B, a 7-string baritone with a neck-thru-body design and Stephen's signature Fishman Fluence pickups, is one of the many guitars you're likely to see and hear Stef playing live on the upcoming Deftones tour.
